Who we are
This portfolio is published by Narona. The public home of the name is naronafilms.com. Questions about this notice go to info@naronafilms.com.
What this site collects
You can look through the work without an account. Narona does not ask you to register, and this site does not run its own analytics or advertising cookies.
If you email info@naronafilms.com, or use Get started with us, we receive your name, company, email, message, the help you check, and a phone number if you give one. The form is delivered by Noundry (forms.noundry.com) so it can reach that inbox. We use what you send to answer you and, if we take the job, to do the edit. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to an advertising network.
The service that hosts this website keeps ordinary server logs. A log can include your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, and the browser you used. Those logs exist so the site can load and so abuse can be investigated. We do not use them to build a marketing profile.
YouTube
Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. The player then comes from YouTube, which is run by Google. YouTube can set a cookie and can receive your IP address, device details, and what you watch. That collection is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Cookies
Narona does not set analytics or advertising cookies. A video starts only after you choose play, and that choice is what loads YouTube. If you do not want YouTube to receive the request, do not press play.
How long email is kept
We keep a message for as long as we need it to reply and to remember the work we agreed to do. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us a message, write to info@naronafilms.com and we will delete it.
Your requests
Write to info@naronafilms.com if you want a copy of an email we hold from you, a correction, or deletion. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority. We rely on the need to answer people who write to us, and on your choice to press play when a video loads from YouTube.
